This Policy applies to all users of our calculators, dashboards, pre-qualification upload systems, and estate agents participating in our Referral Partner Program.

To deliver home loan qualification and bank negotiation services, we collect various categories of personal information. This depends on whether you are an estate agent or a buyer client:

For Estate Agents:

Full Name, Email Address, and Mobile Phone Number.
Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) details.
Bank Account details for receiving referral commission payouts.

For Buyer/Client Pre-Qualification:

Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
Identity Document (ID) or Passport copies.
Recent Salary Payslips (typically 3 months).
Recent Bank Statements (typically 3 months).
Target home budget and loan requirements.

3. How We Process Data

We process your personal information only for standard, lawful business reasons, including:

**Pre-Qualifying Buyers:** Reviewing financial records to assess borrowing affordability and issue formal certificates.
**Home Loan Submissions:** Securely transmitting financial documents to participating banks to secure bond approvals.
**Refining Calculations:** Computing referral commission rates, payouts, and maintaining partner records.
**Service Communication:** Notifying agents and buyers of submission updates, bank offers, and milestone events.

4. Storage & Security Measures

We utilize premium, industry-standard physical, electronic, and administrative controls to protect sensitive files and prevent unauthorized access:

**Payload Encryption:** Uploaded identity and financial documents are immediately converted to base64 encrypted text strings at the client side and securely transmitted over HTTPS protocols.
**Access Controls:** File systems are locked behind strict multi-factor authentication controls, limiting document viewing strictly to authorized bond originators.
**Data Retention:** Documents are retained only as long as necessary to complete the bond application or comply with legal holding periods under South African financial regulations. Once outdated, files are permanently deleted.

5. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, or lease personal information to third parties. We share information only with trusted entities essential to the home loan acquisition process:

**Participating Banks:** Document payloads are submitted directly to major retail banks in South Africa (such as ABSA, Nedbank, Standard Bank, FNB, etc.) for home loan underwriting.
**Service Providers:** Core metadata is securely dispatched to our database and CRM service providers (such as LeadConnector/GoHighLevel webhook triggers) solely to coordinate operations.

6. Marketing Communications

By registering details in our calculators, contact portals, or partner forms, you agree to receive follow-up emails and SMS notifications. You can unsubscribe from our marketing channels at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" links provided or contacting our Information Officer.

7. Your Legal Rights (POPIA)

Under South Africa's POPIA legislation, you have the right to request:

Access to a record of the personal information we hold about you.
Correction, updates, or deletion of inaccurate, irrelevant, or excessive records.
